fall TV premiere calendar

It’s halfway through August and summer TV is winding down.  Which means it’s almost time for the wonderful fall TV shows to start premiering!  You can also tell because everyone and their mothers are releasing promos for the new seasons and new series.  And billboards have gone up all over LA for the new shows…mainly CBS shows, but I did spy a Charlie’s Angels billboard somewhere.

I’m so pumped.  As much as I love my trashy summer TV, I love my real shows so much more.  And there are so many of them!  So many, in fact, that I made my own premiere calendar a couple of weeks ago because I have no life to stave off boredom during some funemployment time.  It doesn’t have all of the shows on it like TVLine’s does, but mine is far more pretty and has only the best and most worthy shows on it.

Like I said in a previous post, some of these shows I’m just going to watch once (Last Man Standing) to see if it’s any good or worth my time (and also to see Tim Allen back on TV).  Not on this calendar is Two and a Half Men, which is a show I’ve written about hating before, but I actually am going to give it a try just because of all of the drama surrounding it and to see what they’re doing with Ashton Kutcher’s character AND what they’re doing about Charlie Sheen leaving.  Color me intrigued.

Until then, I still have my True Blood and Bachelor Pad.  And Doctor Who!  So, blog readers, just remember this:

But seriously, you should watch Doctor Who.

It’s all on Netflix.  Except for series 6.  But that’s ok.
